Plastic Card Services has opened its doors in support of the annual EEF Photography Competition. Now in its 8th year the competition is asking photographers of all levels to submit images that capture the essence of modern manufacturing for the chance to win a share of the £5,000 prize fund. Photographs can portray any stage of manufacturing – from design, process and technology in action through to the finished product – and can cover traditional or high-tech sectors.
Rob Nicholls, Managing Director of Plastic Card Services commented “The competition, which we’re proud to be supporting by opening our doors to photographers, is designed to showcase the creativity, diversity and heritage that defines modern British manufacturing. The competition is backed by Government and provides an excellent platform for you to get exposure for your skills and photographs. The competition closes on Saturday 30 September 2017, enter your photos at www.eef.org.uk/photo”
There are three categories to choose from; professional, amateur and young photographer, with £5,000 in photography vouchers up for grabs between them. Entries will be shortlisted by a panel of photography and industry experts, with winners announced in December.
